I hold a wireless microsoft mouse.HELP!?

I have like problem, unfortunetly there is no fix for it... unless you know how the inner workings work. If you still own your receipt you can email microsoft and they will transport you a replacement.
you have to re-sync the mouse and the usb, nearby are reset buttons on the bottom of each press the mouse reset first, next the usb

after you change the battery, they have to communicate again by re-syncing, try to find instructions on ms.com for the sequence contained by which to push the reset buttons
go into control panel -system -device proprietor look for any X or ! marks if you see one or more (esp beneath mice) Delete them and reboot the computer to let it reinstall the driver for your usb / mice
Change the battery first. Then, both the mouse and the receiver own buttons that sync them together. I'm not sure of the order you press them because I haven't used them forever. Try one process, then the other and you should hold a working mouse.
