I simply bought a Dell Inspiron with Windows Vista Premium on it. I resembling the mouse setting for the cursor speed set to the fastest setting. Everytime I turn my computer off that one setting is changed vertebrae to default. What can I do to stop that from occurring??

you should be able to ask for give support to from dell. they usually have a tech. support for in that products.
Need some info. Do you have/use Synaptics Touch Driver?
