I own a webcam plugged into my usb port and everytime i unplug it i hold to reinstall it.?

but i want to move it to the back plug so if i turn past its sell-by date my computer and unplug it and then plug it into another port will it still be paid me reinstall it?



the reason i dont want to reinstall it is because it solely works every other time i try to install it - i dont know its weird.
