Where can i achieve a regular cd and burn songs on it?
I know this might be stupid but..?
Anywhere usually sells them. You'll own to make sure they read aloud CD-RW on them to be able to burn on them.

Staples supply Cds with nought on it
anywhere. they even sell them within dollar stores
You could go to pretty much any electronics store such as Frys, Best Buy, Staples, or Office Max.

they trade them at our local supermarket but you still get better deal at computer fairs
