How much would an appendix 1GB DDR2 SDRAM cost? Does brand cross really thing?

On a pernickety site, i see RAM for $40, then right underneath the item is another brand (same size) but is $109. Is it cause of the brand entitle?

Are names similar to Western Digital and Seagate good brands?

Western Digital and Seagate are both great, fatefully they make sturdy drives not RAM. The more expensive RAM is probably high observation RAM, that is why it costs so much more. If you want a better answer, IM or email me next to links to the sticks in question and I will let you know what the differences are and which is accurate.
Depends on the MHz ...400 mhz runs about $38.00 and 800 mhz runs up to give or take a few $89.00 on Tiger Direct. Kingston is a good brand and have been around for a while.

I prefer Western Digital over Seagate.especially surrounded by hard drives. WD offer a 3 year warranty.
40 - 75 is a good price. I bought a Kingston (the with the sole purpose kind I'll use) and I get it at Fry's (www.outpost.com) for 60.

Western and Seagate are Hard Drive manufaturers. Kingston, Patriot, and Corsair are really good memory brands.

The price does depend on brand, but also by the memory's specifications.
