you hold to sync them by pressing the buttons on both the usb reciever that u connected to the computer and the buttons on the mouse and the keyboard. you dont enjoy to restart and you dont have to disconnect the ripened ones if u have any.
There should be a moment or two reset button on the usb receiver or on the mouse/keyboard. Restart computer, and try reset button.
Make sure your outmoded keyboard/mouse is unplugged.
