How to gain the computer to certificate as 'new hardware'?

I plugged within my new Innovage Mini Digital Camera and the little bubble popped up that said New Hardware Found and you hold to do something to it (not sure what the correct word is) set up or something and i accidentaly canceled it when it was seting it up, presently the program says cannot connect to camera and when i plug it surrounded by again it doesnt show up. how do i get put money on to the set up thing again so the computer will sanction it?

unplug it then plug it into another usb port .. later u probably need the driver for it .. if it come with a cd or possibly download it from the manufacturer ..
Go to control panel surrounded by computer . look for in stall foreign hardware icon. After clicking the plug and play functionality of your os should start the detection again :)
Try Control Panel > Add /Remove Hardware



When you click Add/Troubleshoot Device, you should see an odds to scan your system for new items.



You may hold to Uninstall/Unplug a Device before you can Add/Troubleshoot.



If you've tried unplugging and replugging, rebooting, etc afterwards the Control Panel might be your best chance.



Also, you can check the manufacturer's website for installation drivers.

First check and look at the make a payment remove, and see if there be an entry made for the cam hardware, if ya see it then delete it. Then install the driver that come with the cam, do not plug the usb surrounded by at this time, load the software first. Then once it finishes, reboot the computer. Once your up and running, plug surrounded by the usb from the cam. The cam should begin to work, your will hold to make adjustment to the lens. happy caming
