Mine did that to and I have to format it. See if you can take rotten any files you already put on that you need, afterwards format it and try again.



You should be able to right click on the drive your memory stick is on and here should be an option to format it. Hopefully that help. Goodluck
Do you have closely of files in the root directory resembling e:\ ?Windows has a contain to the number you can put there. What you can do is to move some files into a folder.
Most regularly when your receive this error, the drive is full. You may need to try moving some files over to your knotty drive.



Please check the space left on the drive and the size of the folder you are trying to transfer.



You could try copying adjectives the files over to hard drive as backup and next reformatting the flashdrive. If it has U3 software, you can uninstall and reformat it next to http://www.u3.com/uninstall/uninstall.as... Please backup any data on the drive first.
